Seafood cocktails are eaten in the U.S. and Latin America.
Note: this recipe will prepared Raw (marinate with lemon) or Cook (poach 1minute)
3 pound Raw Fish boneless
6 Green lemons ( Big size)
1 Green Pepper
1 Red Pepper
1 Orange Pepper
2 Cup Chopped Cilantro.
Habanero Sauce OR any hot sauce.
Clean and remove fish bones.
Cut the fish in 4cmx4cm ( Medium size)
Grab a big Container or Topper and add Chopped fish, Salt, Pepper, 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce plus Lemon juice let it rest around 1 hour in refrigerator.
Then Chopped in slices Green pepper , Red pepper and Orange pepper.
Also Chopped Minced or Finely Onions, Cilantro and Tomatoes.
One more time grab Topper with Marinate fish and add all vegetables on this time add Habanero Sauce and more Worcestershire sauce.
Let it marinate for 2 hours after that will be ready to enjoy it.
Note: serve with pretzels or toast bread.
