Olivier salad is a traditional salad dish in Russian cuisine, which is also popular in many other but Salvadorean has the own Olivier salad name it Russian Salad.
1 pound potatoes ( any kind).
1 cup chopped celery.
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro (or parsley).
8 ounces of mayonnaise.
2 medium beets.
2 teaspoons chopped onion.
Wash and clean all vegetables.
Boil potatoes and beet in a bowl for 20-30 minutes, once boiled let cool and peel them.
Chop finely onion , celery and cilantro.
Cut the potatoes and beets into cubes and place all ingredients in a salad bowl.
Add mayonnaise , salt and pepper.
Mix thoroughly well
Leave refrigeration all the time.
