Mushroom and cheese always make a fantastic mix. A mushroom is the fleshy, spore-bearing fruiting body of a fungus from Europe & North America and Parmesan cheese is a type of hard cheese inspired by Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese from Parma, Italy.
12 Medium Zeta Mushrooms
1/2 Cup Spinach
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup White Onion
2 Tablespoon Red Wine
1/2 Tablespoon Garlic
Wash and clean all Vegetables.
Chop Finely onion, garlic and spinach.
Grab a small pan heat it in medium temperature also add 1/2 oil, chopped (onion,garlic and spinach) and parmesan cheese. ( cook around 2 minutes)
Then add wine and cook it for 5 minutes.
Removes the stem of each mushroom.
In another pan heat it in medium temperature. Add 1/4 oil and mushroom. (without stem)
Note: use stem chop it finely and add to spinach mix.
With a spoon add spinach mix into (top) mushroom and repeat with each mushroom.
Set the oven temperature 350F bake it for 10 minutes.
Serve with Mozzarella Finger and Fresh Salad
