A Cordon bleu Chicken is meat wrapped around cheese (or with cheese filling), then breaded and pan fried.

With and without breaded cutlet.

Ingredients

6 chicken breast halves, skinned and boneless

6 slices Swiss cheese

6 slices Ham

3 tablespoons butter

Water

Salt

Pepper

Directions

First put Chicken Breast on a table and Clean with a towel.

Flatten form breasts are not too thick. Place 1 slice of Swiss cheese and 1 slice of ham on each breast leaving a gap of 1 cm on the banks. Fold the breast like quesadilla and completely cover with foil.

In a pot filled with water add salt and pepper heat around 5 minutes ( over medium temperature) and putting Chicken breast in hot water. Cook for 55 minutes or until the chicken breasts are cooked.

When Chicken breast are ready remove foil and in a pan add butter cook them around 2 minutes. ( each Chicken breast)

Serve with Alfredo Sauce , baked potato and fresh vegetable.
Note: Cut into two parts or 5 - 6 rolls.
