Waffles are famous particularly in Belgium, France, Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Hungary, Scandinavia, United States and more countries. But waffles are from Belgium. This recipe is fusion and interesting for kids and adults too.

Waffles: In case we haven’t waffle iron use a regular pan will look like a pancake but with waffle texture.

2 Cup All-purpose Flour

1 ½ Tablespoons Baking Powder

2 Tablespoons Sugar

¼ Tablespoon salt

2 Eggs (warm)

1 ½ Cups warm milk

1/3 Cup Butter (melted)

¼ Tablespoon Vanilla extract

Fry Chicken

4 Chicken breast (boneless and skinless)

1 Egg

¼ Cup All-purpose Flour

½ Cup Strawberry Jam

1 Cup Dry Bread Crumbs

½ Cup Canola oil

½ Cup Cream Cheese

Salt and Black pepper

¼ Cup warm milk



First in a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, baking powder and sugar; put aside and leaving rest of 5 minutes. Preheat waffle iron to desired temperature. Note: In case doesn’t have a waffle iron, use a regular pan.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs (warm). Stir in the milk, butter (Melted) and vanilla extract. Pour the milk (warm) mixture into the flour mixture; beat until blended.

Ladle the batter into a preheated waffle iron. Note (A pan Take around 1-2 minutes or when the color and texture change to golden) Cook the waffles until golden and crispy.

First put Chicken Breast on a table and Clean with a towel.

Cut like a butterfly (Small cut in middle ¼ inch then turn the knife both side) and Flatten chicken to ½ inch. (With a mallet). Cut in 2 o 3 part if chicken is too big.

In a shallow bowl Strawberry jam with cheese cream and mix. Save it on refrigerator.

In different shallow bowl combine bread crumb with salt and pepper. Third Place flour in a shallow bowl with salt and black pepper,

And grab the last shallow bowl mix egg with warm milk. First coat chicken with flour, next dip chicken in egg mixture, then coat with bread crumb.

In a large pan over medium heat, cook chicken in oil in batches around 5-6 minutes each side or when the color become to golden. Then fried chicken put in a towel wait around 2-3 minutes.

Now it’s time to build this fabulous sandwich. Note: Use any additional sauce if you wanted.
Spread 1 tablespoon with the Strawberry cheese cream then top with chicken then more strawberry cream and final waffle.
Note: serve with baby carrot or stick carrot.
