It is a fun dish to prepare, halfway between the pancakes and western pizza.Go ahead and try it, it is very easy to prepare!

Ingredients

3 eggs

A cup of broth "dashi" (about 200 grams)

Two cups of flour (about 400 grams of flour)

500 grams of cabbage

70 grams of onion

90 grams shrimp

100 grams of bacon

A bottle of Worcester sauce

A jar of mayonnaise

Oil and salt

Directions

Wash and clean all ingredients.

Start by mixing flour in a bowl with the broth until you have left a mass smooth and fine.

Reserve in the fridge and then cut the cabbage into thin strips or julienne. Also cuts the other ingredients into strips and reserve each ingredient in a dish.

In a large mixing bowl looks half cup of dough (which will have been removed from the refrigerator) and add 100 grams of cabbage, 10 grams of onion, salt and prawns, mix and add an egg in the middle of the dough making a hole, returning to mix until a compact and homogeneous mass.

Heat a pan with a little bit of oil and pour the mass creating the shape of a pancake.

Colócale over a couple of strips of bacon and cook at least 5 minutes. When the back is again dale and cooking at least 5 minutes.

Remove it to serve and spread with the okonomiyaki sauce over, then haicendo strips of mayonnaise.

Enjoy with hot sake
