Agua de Jamaica (Hibiscus tea) is a herbal tea made as an infusion from crimson or deep magenta-coloured calyces of the roselle ) flower. It is consumed both hot and cold.

Ingredients

4 oz Agua de Jamaica

1/4 Tablespoon lime juice

3 oz Red Wine (Cabernet Sauvignon)

Ice

1 oz Sweet and Sour mix

Directions

Grab a glass and any kind of top that can fit on the glass or Cocktail Shaker.

Add ICE , Agua de Jaimaca, Lime juice, Wine and Sweet and Sour mix shake it ( around 35 seconds)

Shake the drink until the liquid is well-chilled.

Strain and Pour the mix to Collins glass.

Garnish Orange slice and Lime skin.
