4 hamburger buns, horizontally cut in half, toasted
4 grilled pineapple slices
1 cup shredded lettuce
8 thinly sliced red onion rings
Wash and clean all ingredients.
For Sweet Chili Mayo, combine ingredients. Set aside until ready to use.
Preheat grill for high heat.
Form burgers into 1/2 inch thick patties. Lightly oil grate. Place burgers on grill. Cook for approximately 6 minutes, turning once.
Grilled patties according to package directions, until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F as measured with a meat thermometer. Place 1 slice of cheese over each burger. Grill until cheese is melted. Remove burgers from grill; keep warm.
Grill pineapple slices 1 to 2 minutes per side or until there are grill marks on each side. Remove from grill.
Spread Sweet Chili Mayo evenly over cut surfaces of each bun. Layer bottom half of bun with lettuce, cooked burger, onions and pineapple. Cover with top of bun and serve.
