Pita or pitta is a soft, slightly leavened flatbread baked from wheat flour. It is used in many Mediterranean.

3 Arab breads (pitas)
2 cans of tuna
2 carrots, cooked and cubed
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup cooked peas
6 leaves of lettuce washed, disinfected and chopped
2 tomatoes, sliced
1 chipotle chile marinated (or to taste)
200g grated Manchego cheese
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing type
Wash and clean all ingredients.
Drain the tuna, put it in a bowl and finely shredded.
Add the carrots, celery, peas, chipotle and cheese.
Pour dressing and toss to moisten all ingredients.
Cut pitas in half, to make an opening and caliƩntalos on a hot griddle over low heat.
Divide the lettuce and tomatoes between bread and stuffed with tuna preparation.
Enjoy with pico de gallo and lemon slice.
