Fry sauce is a regional condiment served with French fries. It is usually a simple combination of one part ketchup and two parts mayonnaise. Some case has relish or Chopped pickles too.
1/2 Cup Ketchup
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup Relish
1/8 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
In a big bowl pour Mayonnaise, Ketchup and relish.
Mix them in a blender and add salt, pepper and Worcestershire Sauce.
Pour in a container with top and let it rest for 2 hours. ( refrigerator)
Keep it refrigerated all the time
