A special alcoholic beverage of Japanese origin that is made from fermented rice. Sake is sometimes referred to in English-speaking countries as "rice wine".

Ingredients

1 oz Sake

1 Orange

Directions

Pour it into the warmed tokkuri flask( ceramic container) . Place the container in a pot of hot water. Heat the flask to between 100 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit.

Grab the orange and cut it triangulable.

Pour sake into a sake cup and add 4 triangle orange.

With a kitchen lighter turn it on.

Note: Turn off the fire before drink it.
