Chorizo (Spanish) or chouriço (Portuguese) is a term originating in the Iberian Peninsula encompassing several types of pork sausages. Traditionally, chorizo is encased in natural casings made from intestines, a method used since Roman times.

Ingredients

2 Chorizos ( sausages)

4 Eggs

1/4 Onion

1/4 Red Pepper

Salt

Pepper

Vegetable Oil

10 Corn Tortillas

Directions

Wash and Clean all Vegetables and Sausages.

Place on a table Onion, Pepper and Chorizos and chop them.

Grab a pan add oil and chopped vegetable and chorizo. Cook all the ingredient around 5 - 10 minutes.

Then add eggs. Also Cook and mix it well done. For 5 minutes.

Grab a tortilla and add chorizo mix.

Serve with Cheese and red sauce.
