Ingredients

2 pounds imitation crab sticks

1 medium onion,

1 green bell pepper

½ red cabbage, thinly sliced

4 stems of celery, finely chopped

4 sprigs of parsley, chopped

1 cup mayonnaise

1 cup heavy cream

2 potatoes,

Salt

Pepper

Directions

Wash and clean all vegetable and crab.

Place potatoes in a pot with water cook around 10 minutes or until the potatoes are looking soft and peeled.

Chop pepper, onion, celery and potatoes.

Crumbling surimi slices on a large serving bowl. Add onion, cabbage, celery, peppers,parsley, mayonnaise, cream, potatoes, salt and pepper. Mix everything well.

Serve with toast or make a sandwich.
