Chimol is a sauce or salad common in El Salvador.
This wonderful recipe is usually served with carne asada, or flank steak. It’s a match made in heaven.

Ingredients

1 cup chopped radish

1 cup chopped tomato

1/2 cup chopped cilantro

1/2 cup finely chopped red onion

Salt

2 Lemons or lime

Directions

Wash and clean all vegetable.

Then chop finely Tomato, Radish , Onion and Cilantro.

Combine all ingredients together. Chill until ready to serve.

Squirt of lemon or lime juice.

Add Salt

Let stand for 15 minutes before serving to blend the flavors.

Serve; BBQ or Carne Asada and Sea Food.
