Quiche is a savoury, open-faced pastry crust with a filling of savoury custard with cheese, meat, seafood, and/or vegetables.

1 Pound Puff pastry (precook)
1/2 Bunch of Asparagus
1 Large carrot
2 green Peppers
2 Red Peppers
3 Tomatoes salad
½ Liter of milk
1 Pound cheese provolone
1/2 Pound of mozzarella cheese
1 small jar of Parmesan cheese.
Wash and clean all vegetables.
Cut fin julienne vegetables seasoned with salt and pepper and olive oil and saute for separately in a bowl then add milk eggs and beat thoroughly.
Then incorporate vegetables mozzarella provolone cheese the season them with salt and pepper then floured mold fill it with puff pastry.
Also we pour the vegetable mixture and place slices of tomato Parmesan cheese and bake at 300 ° F.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 to 50 minutes, or until center has set.
Serve with Fresh Salad and cook Bacon.
