Rice and Bean when they get together is like a marriage that why is a perfect combination.
2 hrs 15 mins
2 Cups Rices
2 Pound bean (red or black)
1/4 pound butter.
Wash an clean all vegetables and beans.
( Wash the rice, it optional).
Grab a pot pour bean and water fill it up .
Chop finely garlic, onion and tomato place in two toppers. ( Note: use small topper and a medium topper)
Pour the medium mix topper into bean pot heat to medium-high for 1 hour.
Then grab a medium pot add butter, small mix topper and rice fry it for 2 minutes ( low temperature)
Add water and let it cook for 12 minutes.
After 12 minutes rice will be ready and after 1 hour beans will be at the perfect point.
In large bowl pour rice and bean and mix them.
Serve with any beef and vegetable.
