In Mexico CARNE ASADA (grilled meat) is made from thin marinated beef steak, usually skirt steak, flank steak or flap steak.
This dish is used in most cases like bean , rice and pico de gallo.
The dish is commonly prepared in Mexico , USA, Guatemala , Honduras and El Salvador.

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice

1/4 cup fresh orange juice

4 cloves garlic, crushed

1/2 medium red onion, sliced

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

3 Pound skirt, flank or plate steak

8 Jalapenos


First put the flank or plate steak on a table and Clean with a towel

Mix lemon juice and orange, garlic, onion, salt and pepper. Stir until everything is well blended and added to the skirt steak in a bowl.

Cover and bring to the refrigerator to make it marinate for 4-6 hours.

Turn on the grill. Remove meat from marinade and cook on the grill for 7-10 minutes per side.

Note: Cook the steak with Jalapenos and any Vegetable( you preferred).

Remove from grill and let the meat rest for 5 minutes.

For slices, beam perpendicular cuts in the flesh.

Serve with warm Tortillas and Pico de Gallo.
