Ingredients

2 Whole Broccoli

2 Spring Cilantro

2 Cucumbers

1/4 Onion

Lemon

Salt

Pepper

Directions

Wash and Clean all Vegetables.

Chopped Broccoli ( 8 parts), Finely cilantro & slice cucumber and onion rings.

Place the Chopped Broccoli in water, boil for a few minutes and then vote the water

After cook put in a bowl with ice and let it rest for 5 minutes

Squirt of lemon or lime juice.

Combine all ingredients together.

Add salt and pepper.

Serve with white rice and grill chicken breast.
