Bolognese sauce, known in Italian as rag├╣ alla bolognese, is a meat-based sauce originating from Bologna, Italy.

Ingredients

500g minced beef

3 tablespoons tomato puree

2 medium onions

4 garlic cloves

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 large cans of canned tomatoes

Salt

Pepper

Directions

Wash and clean all vegetables.

Chop the onions and garlic.

Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Saute onion and garlic until translucent, more or less 5-10 minutes.

Add chopped meat to the pot, and cook over medium-high, heat until nicely browned. Remove excess juice if necessary.

Add the tomato puree and mix well. Add chopped canned tomatoes and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Season to taste.

Enjoy it with Pasta and sour cream.
