BBQ (Barbecue) is a cooking method and apparatus. Grilling is generally done "hot and fast" over direct heat from low-smoke fuels( Gas, Coal and some case energy). Primitive form of cooking and very delicious.

In a 1-gallon zipper-lock food storage bag or topper with top, for marinade, in a small bowl combine 1/2 cup lemon juice, oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Pour marinade over chicken. Turn to coat chicken.
For barbecue sauce, in a large saucepan combine the water, onion, butter, sugar, mustard, vinegar, and black pepper. Reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
Note: serve with grill potatoes and all kind of vegetables remember if we are cooking with coal is better if we use it completely
