Baked Chicken Nugget & Mozzarella Finger

Eating Baked is really healthy because using less or not oil makes us feel better. Mozzarella bite or real name Mozzarella stick is from US and Chicken nugget too. These recipes are appetizer and kids meal.

1 Pound Mozzarella

1 Pound Chicken Breast

4 Eggs

2 Cup Dry Bread Crumbs


Black Pepper


½ Cup All-purpose Flour

3 Tablespoons fresh Herbs (Thyme, Parsleys, Basil and more optional)



First put Chicken Breast on a table and Clean with a towel.

Then cut in slice 4x12 Mozzarella (Fingers) and 4x4 Chicken Breast (Nugget)

Chop Finely Thyme, Parsleys, Basil and more herbs is optional.

Place flour in a shallow bowl with salt, black pepper, paprika and 1 ½ tablespoon chopped fresh herbs. In another shallow bowl, beat eggs, 2 tablespoon of water, salt, pepper and paprika. In a third shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs with salt, black pepper, paprika and 1 ½ tablespoon chopped fresh herbs again. Note: Mix well every bowl with a whisk.

Coat cheese finger and chicken nugget with flour, then dip in egg mixture and coat with bread crumb

mixture. Repeat egg and bread crumb coatings.

Place on an ungreased baking sheet; drizzle with butter and flour. Bake, uncovered, at 400° Note:

Mozzarella bite (finger) and Chicken nugget must be in separate baking sheet. Baked Mozzarella finger

around 4-6 minutes and Chicken nugget around 10 - 15 minutes.

Extra: Serve with fresh carrot finger, Fry sauce and Celery stick. Remember kids should be eating healthy
like us.
