Cook in a pan bacon for 8 minutes or until them completely Crispy.
Then Chop onion, red pepper and cook bacon, (medium size cut)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Prepare 12 muffin cups with cooking spray.
Also add Chopped vegetables and Chopped bacon into muffin cups and incorporate on the top each egg.
Bake in preheated oven until only slightly moist on top, about 20 minutes. Season the muffins with salt and pepper; top with Cheddar cheese. Continue baking until the cheese melts, about 5 minutes more.
