Refreshing hibiscus based drink, better than any store-bought ice tea!
1 cup dried hibiscus flowers
4 cups water
juice of 1 lemon
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 tablespoons honey
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir well.
Let it cool in the fridge for 4 hours. After 4 hours beverahe should be bright red/pink color and the texure will be similar to a syrup.
Serve very cold, add ice.
